Are you looking for a practice that prioritizes clinical integrity as much as it does its people? Founded in 2007, New Leaf Behavioral Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding mental health access across Wake County. We believe that providing ethical, high-quality care to a diverse population shouldn't come at the cost of a therapist’s well-being or earning potential.
We are currently seeking Full-Time Therapists (Fully Licensed or Associate) to join our growing hybrid practice.
We have intentionally built a culture that counters the "siloed" feeling of private practice. At New Leaf, you are part of a true collective:
- A Culture of Consultation: Work alongside a diverse team of clinicians. Whether in the hallway or via virtual consultations, support is always available.
- Commitment to Lifelong Learning: We don’t just offer a job; we offer a path for clinical mastery. We provide internal continuing education, professional development tracks, and a commitment to evidence-based growth.
- Supervision & Mentorship: For Associate Clinicians, we provide high-quality, dedicated licensure supervision to help you navigate the start of your career.
- Administrative Freedom: Our dedicated administrative team handles credentialing, billing, and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on your clinical work.
Compensation & Sustainability:
We believe in rewarding the dedication it takes to work in a nonprofit setting. We offer a competitive, transparent compensation model based on licensure, experience, and commitment to our mission.
- A Balanced Position: A hybrid schedule that balances the connection of in-office sessions with the flexibility of a home office.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Financial Future: 401(k) with employer match.
- Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and flexible scheduling within our extended operating hours.
- Peace of Mind: Professional malpractice insurance is fully covered.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking clinicians (LCMHC/LCMHCA LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, LPA, or Psychologists) licensed in North Carolina who are passionate about working with a diverse caseload—including children, adolescents, and adults—across both private insurance and publicly funded plans.
Join a practice where your work makes a tangible difference in the community and your professional growth is a priority.
To apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to Patrick Malloy at pmalloy@nlbh.org.
